Expanding Player Control for Robot Critters
Currently, it's interesting to see how some space stations can spawn bot critters like Medibots and Cleanbots directly, without the need for random rolls. This makes me wonder if we could implement a system that allows players to construct robot critters and then integrate a SICC part into them. This would enable players to directly control these robots, potentially leading to more competent Medibots and a lot more fun overall!
Based on my experience playing with various critter bots in SS14—like Mule Bots, Taxi Bots, and Mining Bots—I've found them incredibly enjoyable when player-controlled. That's why I'm suggesting this change: giving players the ability to pilot these fascinating machines.
One peculiar observation I've made is that the interface for these creatures isn't like a typical robot; instead, it resembles that of a living creature. It would make more sense for the UI to be similar to a ghost drone's interface, as these are machines, not biological entities.
In summary, my suggestions are:

In summary, my suggestions are:
- Allow players to control robot critters (e.g., using a brain or similar mechanism).
- Update the robot critter UI to match the ghost drone interface, reflecting their mechanical nature.
