Give pest control specialists maint access

Pest control specialists are supposed to control pests, 90% of the pests are in maint, why do they not have it already. I don't even see like a funny joke angle to them not having it either.

yes please just give some access to these critter last time i experience critter stuck in the maintenance room for 5 minute due to can’t get out.
