Oxygenation in Medical

Allow Oxygen level in air when breath effect medical health more than usual. 
High FiO2 ( more than 0.21 ) allow to mild heal OXY damage 
pure NO2 gas arent able to breath so should change the ratio of NO2 tank in anesthetic locker to NO2 50 % O2 50 % 
Room with O2 100 will mild heal OXY damage. 
why should have this 
oxygenation is one of most common practice in medical stuff. and easy to do. when patient come with hypoxia due to any cause include ( Anemia from severe blood loss , Poisoning , Lung damage ) oxygenation should be given to anypatient on the list in advance life support care.

not sure about this, since you also need to consider how easy it is to get breathable tanks of oxygen. unless you added a way that internals didnt trigger this, it would cause using internals (i rarely see people use actual air for internals) to heal oxy. and then if you had it somehow behave differently depending on internals or the rooms atmosphere, it would feel odd and inconsistent.
