This maybe sounds dumb or silly but I would think it would be cool to be able to make like tiny eye slits through a blindfold, why? Because I think they can look really cool having a character wearing these, for example if you wanna play a "blind" monk/nun or what ever that still can see. Or you could use it to trick people who maybe don't know about it and can pretend you don't see anything as antag because of the blindfold and maybe RP your way out of some stuff, to add to it maybe you can only know the blindfold has slits when you examine it while holding it. I know you can have the Xray gene and then can see through it also but I think this could be cool just for style options mostly

Dunno, i think if you take a blindfold, you should commit to the bit.

Same could be said about the eyepatch, but you can make a hole in it so...

This would be funny imo if it did two things:
1. If, upon examining the character wearing the blindfold with the holes in it, it informed the player that the character wearing the blindfold is a massive dork.
2. If you can put these on monkeys and it causes them to stand still, but will respond if someone harms a monkey. It would be very funny to me if you had a room of monkeys with these on, and someone came in and grabbed a monkey thinking they were safe.

This is actually a killer reason why this should be in the game. Would create some very fun [and probably very annoying sometimes] antag scenarios. But hey, more opportunities for gimmicks is fun.

Somewhat adjacent idea independent from modified blindfolds or eyepatches
How about something like a *peek verb that lets you kinda of see out through something that obscures your vision, as long as your hands are free?
Could be fun to change lockers and such to work with this, maybe even assign it to the examine hotkey (you'd have to peek to do a full examine)

Could also be cool, makes hiding in a locker also a bit more challenging because you cant always see everything around you
