[MERGED PR] You must use an aggressive grab to move with someone already in an agg...

[balance][player actions]
About the PR
When moving with a grab or pull, check if the target is in someone else's aggressive grab. If so, only move them if your grab is stronger than a passive grab.

Why's this needed?
Very easy to save people from someone being eaten by a abom changeling with pulls/passive grabs, when eating them requires an aggressive grab.

This prevents silicons from pulling people out of aggressive grabs entirely.

This is either going to be simple as pie or five pages long.
For my part: Makes sense to me!

Silicons could probably use something that lets them dragging from an aggressive grab, albeit not as easily as dragging from passive. Action bar, maybe? Means they still can drag people away but you can move a little to prevent it. (Or maybe just nerf speed upgrade...)

Absolutely a massive fan of the rest of this though, Abominations need more fear factor and it makes sense for other aggressive grabs.

(Largely mirroring my GitHub comment as a heads up!)

Thus PR makes maneaters/shamblers grans much less easy to counter and gives borgs in fights a much deserved nerf.

It also massively improves hostage situations. Overall, theres nothing not to like in this PR.

This seems like a good change, especially the pulling part, a grab should be stronger than pulling and aggressive grab stronger than a grab. Changelings will benefit which means more impactful abominations, while players will have an easier time keeping bodies to bring to medbay/kill off without getting them stolen away instantly

Overall fine, helps a good few situations have heft to them. I do think this might give abom form a biiiit much but it's easy enough to retune that. I do believe that cyborgs should have *some* way to deal with agrabs though, 3-4 second visible action bar with a lil pull icon like on the pulling sprite they have would be more than enough. It's less for balance and more for quality of life.

Makes sense to me. If a shambling abom has someone grabbed they really should be hard to remove from that grip.

Yeah I think this would be a really good change. Being able to control people easier would actually make it so people get to be less aggressive in defending prisoners/hostages and borgs zipping in and rapid rescuing has always felt a "Only fun for the borg" kinda situation so I'd very very glad to see that. I don't personally mind if borgs can't deal with a-grabs at all, other borg players might want to interact more but being able to instantly whisk somebody away is certainly worse.

i think if we *do* want cyborgs to be able to deal with a-grabs, their effectiveness should hinge on the type of parts they have. if they have a light frame & parts? yeah, good luck. but if they have treads and a full set of reinforced limbs they should be a believable threat (probably still involving an action bar though)

Cyborg don't have actual hands so their pull shouldn't be able to break a grab imo
