Using a players brain on a borger artifact should, due to lack of biomass, convert them into a small nonantag clean/fire/medibot, without speech, but also letting them back into the round. 
Emagging player controlled nonantag bots will give them antag status and enable their antag abilities.

Cola chem now has an OD threshold, every lifeloop cycle over this threshold deals damage to your kidneys. After so many cycles you develop kidney stones, these stones can either be surgically removed or passed naturally (doing it this way causes severe brute damage depending on the size of the stone).

The stone size depends on how many cycles you were beyond the OD threshold, with larger stones dealing brute and bleed when thrown.
