Maybe could just be new recipes, but please.
have a x10 metal sheets or something, i'm tired of spamclicking repeatedly because i got 15 steel bars i want to turn into 150 sheets

You could also use the sheet extruder in matsci, it converts an entire bar into sheets fairly quickly

The best way to make sheets is actually just the nano-fabricator, you don't even need to smelt the material as it accepts ores, also you don't need to pick up manually the sheets you can take one and click drag the other sheets to the one you are holding.

EDIT: the click drag also works with rods, tiles and such
