Complaint Banned for 24 hours for using an illicit word

Today I was banned by mexicat for using the "r" word. It was maybe my second or third ever SS13 game, I literally didn't know how to drink for example. A guy asked me to throw him on a desk. I was very nervous as he tried telling me to change my intent and whatnot I didn't understand half the words he said so I said something like "Sorry, I'm r------" and ran away. Now, English isn't my first language, I'm from Eastern Europe and never heard of this word being a "slur" or "offensive" and that as such shouldn't be spoken. That said I accept the rules and aim to follow them. An admin, later in the round told me that I shouldn't use the word and I apologized and haven't used it since. All this happened I think over two months ago so why was I banned today?

Looks like you were addressing the Mall Beepsky. Which is still not okay, even if you were the only one there, because ghosts can still hear everything and it's still against the rules.
