Stock market improvements

As-is, the stock market sucks. It's biased towards losing money, gives very little time to react if you don't watch it like a hawk, and just isn't fast enough to be any degree of help. I recommend modernizing the UI and displaying the stock history graph below the company name in full view, giving PDAs a stock market program as well, giving a little delay between when news shows up and when it actually hits, and give little QoL improvements like boosting how much money each stock ranges, host fast it moves, and giving the PDA program a system where it pings the user if a stock they invested in starts to fall.
