How to change forum avatar

So i am a little bit stupid and I cannot for the life of me find out where to change the forum avatar, help would be appreciated.

Go to this thread: https://forum.ss13.co/showthread.php?tid=3034 and post in it. Frank will consult the divine chicken or look at the stars through a kaleidoscope or whatever they do and at some point give you an avatar. There are no refunds though you can repost for another shot at it. I can't give you a timescale beyond "Every few weeks to a month when Frank decides to have a peek and flex their avatar-genie muscles"
