You spray it on your hands and it either makes you take even MORE damage from shocks or if you're lucky it actually works as advertised.
We always need more shady/questionable products like this for salesmen to sell.

Makes more sense (and is easier to code) to just have this work on gloves instead. But the idea is funny.

I like the idea but we do have material science where you can make your own insulated gloves I believe.
Maybe instead this idea can be a traitor item where you can spray it on your hands for instant insulated gloves but just looks like normal hands or spray it on some other kind of gloves so it looks like those gloves but are actually insulated? Though I don't know how many people would spend a TC on that instead of just stealing some insulated gloves. Hmm.

Spray on invisibility would be super funny, put that shit on gloves, clothes, guns, whatever and it disappears from your character model. Imagine a "naked" traitor slipping security with a ton of invisible banana peels
