I suggested a stupid clown scuttlebutt. But upon interest in another idea what about some sort of laughing Chem or bombs that release a laughing gas that causes crew to laugh to death? Wouldn't that be a riot?

Honkey tonic just makes you fall over honking, this is more a cc grenade reskin.idea basically,  partially disabling a buncha people with giggles sounds really clowny.
