Make Pianos Mechscannable

I find in a few shifts lately that a lot of people are vying for the piano, whether it be the one from the chapel or a grand piano. I think it would be better to allow regular pianos to be mechscanned to print more of them so that the crew isn't competing over who gets to play their music.

Only the auto piano is scannable. Normal pianos and such? Cargo only!
