Rearrangement of the Oshan bar

Build the rescue submarine

This adds both a chemaster and a reagent extractor, as well as making the whole thing slightly more spacious. Bartender has more room, north facing bar table has more room... should be pretty okay

Any suggestions or scathing complaints?

I am not sure. I do like you can sit fully around the bar. It's neat!
That said the north side is always unused.
I don't mind this new version either but...
Now the bar it self in the corner is too big and clunky.
In the old design it had a reason.... In this version not so much.

Is the new version worst? Nah.. it's just... neither made me go WOW.
Both have their ups and downs.

Though my favorite bar is still Manta's (RIP)

not a fan of the new layout; the current one looks more aesthetically pleasing and I've personally never had any issues with the upper side being somewhat narrow since it's out of the way already
