Ideas of questionable quality
Increase clown outfit cold resist, decrease heat resist.  In the changelog, mention that "clown outfits are now thermally insulated with the finest inflammable materials money can buy".

We need this too for "mascot type outfits" Like the "Red Alien" and "Werewolf outfit" or "Shambler outfit"
Also decreases your hygiene faster.. cause you are being a sweaty nerd.

Throwing an arcfiend into the singulo should give power depending on their charge. Just imagine the thing growing 3 sizes because it gained 2500 mw of power

some manner of syndicate extraction tool. too often do people end up locked inside a port-a-brig for the last 5-10 minutes of the round. but what i suggest is a prophylactic measure

basically it could spawn a syndicate support cruiser containing npcs/a player with tools to quickly extract their captured syndicate comrade from the clutches of security.

Antags can flip to get out of a portabrig within 2-3 mins. If you can get your cuffs off and have any tool hidden on you by then... you can set things up.

It ain't easy, but some tools you can keep on you despite being strip searched. Unless sec puts you in there naked, all implants removed, no mutations...
The smart traitor will always have a tool somewhere.

Though if Security does this to you by default... ahelp it... it's just in bad spirit :/

Clown-hack implant: like a mindhack, but only purchasable by clowns. Upon injection, target is mindhacked and slowly gains rainbow fluid in their body. It'd be extra funny if they could gib from how much the implant would give, covering others and potentially clownifying them as well (no extra mindhacks though)

Once you fill the reagent cap with rainbow fluid, you gib and create a rainbow fluid smoke cloud. Survival would mean constantly taking charcoal/calomel treatments to prevent too much fluid from building up.

Some kinda docile maneater like plant that instead of just meat demands gourmet meals that the chef is needed to make. Give some Tit for tat where botany can get meals in exchange for ingredients

Ok, but what does the maneater give you in return for the meals? Besides the satisfaction of feeding it, of course.

(Maybe have it be, like, a strange seed dispenser? Or it could give you seeds for certain hard-to-obtain plants and mutations, such as Delicious Apples or crystal plants. More and higher quality meals = better rewards. Might also give out special ingredients that the chef can use for powerful dishes, so that they're incentivized to help out as well.)

Just like every other head of staff, HoP should have traitor item based on jobs they are the head of. Which is a very balanced suggestion and not overpowered at all /s
