Let security summon the nanomed

This touch the larger issue of players ignoring medical to heal themselves at all cost. Sec already has medvendors access so they don't hack medbay's machines (generaly). But I see no reason to make it even easier. They at least have to walk to medbay to get what they want and ignore doctors to their face.

Security should not get atropine because they will use it offensively (nasty misstep), and they already have access to epinephrine through donuts.

tbh I wouldn't have thought to use atropine that way
