I'm going to weigh in less on his application, and more on how he reacted when people offered their critisism.

From what I have seen from his conduct in the game he did a pretty competent job as the HoP and I think he has the skills to be a mentor. This is coming from what I have seen in the game only, his conduct towards others outside of the game is a whole other topic that has been well talked about so I don't think I need to bring it up again.
