Biker Cap in Clothing Booth

The biker cap should be in the clothing booth
My reasoning is thus:
1. It is cool
2. Other hats are in the clothing booth
3. Why is it not in the clothing booth its so cool
4. There is no reliable way to get it as far as I know (I do not count QM as reliable)
5. It is very cool (think of the drip)

Some things are not in the clothing booth to keep them rare and cool.

I wish alot of certain items could appear on the desk or fly or anywhere each round for my gimmicks or favorite outfits.
Some do now (like donut2)
But...I agree with Ursula here.
