Remove cooldown on Wraith's blood writing ability

I think the Wraith's cooldown on blood writing should be removed/set to be even more minimal.
It's fun!!! It's spooky to write someone's name in blood, however taking 30 seconds to do so is not as fun.
Maybe also give it the same ability as a crayon, where you can input a sentence to write down? So you don't have to spend as long finding the letters. It'd be a nice lil QOL thing!!
Whispering already has 0 or a very small cooldown, so why not blood writing as well?

Yeah, I'd personally be fine with this. Surprised they don't have the input writing thing already.

I approve of this. Maybe 5 seconds so we don't get blood spam and have it cost 1 point (wich you regenrate in that time anyway)
