This is an idea I had a long time ago.
Make it so that cocktails in drinking glasses (or perhaps only certain high proof alcohol/certain glasses) can be set ablaze in a fashion similar to these pictures:

It could vary in colour depending on the reagents in the glass, could act like a cigarette, going out after a few minutes, and bestowing minor burns if drunk while aflame. Setting them on fire could be done using a lighter, match, or welder (any usual method.)
It would make for a very cool effect. Not an entirely useful feature I suppose. My apologies if this has been suggested before.
