Give a warning when your about to wipe a HoS id's special access.

A head of security or someone who stole their id is likely to try to upgrade it, but pressing captain to quickly enable all access actually wipes the office and armory access, so a way to prevent unaware players from ruining the id is to give a warning if they click captain, saying "using the captain preset will wipe this id's unique access, do you want to continue?"

huh, i dont even remember that merge, was this documented on ingame changelogs

Yeah I still thought this whole time that pressing captain in the ID machine with HoS ID wiped the HoS access. Didn't know that was changed.
