Make the Nuke have to be disarmed to stop it. Ordinary wirecutters would work, with a visible time delay. The armory, however, would have a special bomb kit that works faster.
It can still be destroyed with the crusher, or detonated off station, but requiring a disarming means you're more likely to have to take care of the opposition first

If you attack chickens too many times, they all start attacking you and more spawn in to attack you. Like the Cuccos in Zelda.

You should need to eat to be able to fart, then people would actually go to the chef's OR use snack machines
