Idea: more ways to hide your identity over the radio

What it says on the tin, threatenening people over the radio is great (especially on RP) but its also a fantastic way to get the AI and sec hunting for you, and there is very limited ways to hide your identity over the radio currently, prehaps more ways to hide your identity like say a jury-rigged voice modifer only avaliable from a hacked fab or something that just sets what you say to unknown?
