Borg's should be able to have a cyber liver installed in them to enable this. An iron liver.

Completely scrap nukie loadouts and give them an uplink with all of the gear. Would allow for more loadout diversity and items that couldn’t really be fit into one class.

Wraiths should be able to teleport to spawn points of their poltergiests (assuming they arent corporeal). Also, spawning a poltergiest shouldnt lock you out of casting for 30 seconds due to a spell in progress.

ideas:
-replace it with just getting a borger art
-make it do syndicate frames (even if TC cost needs increased to make this reasonable)
-make it not take 2 entire minutes - a good mindslave cloner setup can have people cloned nigh instantly, if it's gonna be loud and messy it should be fast
- reduce the cost drastically - if it was cheap enough that you could get an emag + 2-3 conversion chambers you could at least pump out multiple emagged borgs every 2 minutes
shoot, buying a 5 tc sleepy pen, a 3 tc syringe gun(admittedly roboticists can't get these), or spending 6 tc on an emag and emagging the MD's syringe gun, and then filling any of those with nanomachines is more efficient and discreet than using a conversion chamber to build your borg army - the "emag + MD's syringe gun" combo even lets you have an emag to emag the borgs when you see them(in addition to every other convenient use of an emag)

You can do this with regular firearms, I've tried it!

edit: I have a vague recollection that the trigger to shoot on movement/action/whatever it is is kind of wonky though, I'd have to experiment.
