Sugestion, have a cluwne car in which only cluwnes can drive/enter and leave safely, while everyone else has a puke ridden fun car ride

Hrmmm. I feel like, no cap could work. Would certainly be a buff, but it's such a loud an expensive item that it's probably fine.

Maybe there's a delay that gets longer the more people are already inside it as you try to shove them in like a crowded phone booth.

maybe up the health threshold of people getting out of it to shallow-mid crit - if it's going to be able to kill six people at once, it should probably require supervision to make sure they're dead

edit: also maybe increase the vomit radius as more people are in, because why not
