Ideas of questionable quality
I quite enjoy blowouts, they tend to give some round-wide downtime IME.

There should be artifact borg modules that contain an omnitool + random subset of tools, including stuff that isn't in current modules but is probably safe for borgs.

I'm thinking one of the options would be a random chem autoinjector, single use.

The mop thrust should splash reagents, so you can smack people with all the horrible gunk you cleaned up.

You should be able to stuff multiple cigarettes together and smoke them all at once.

A traitor item available to any head roles which, when used on a communications console, will cause the escape shuttle, when it arrives. to land at a random location on the station, rather violently, rather than at escape. Shuttle will still be intact but the area where it lands will be less so. There will nto be any indication this will happen prior to the shuttle arriving

This is hilarious +1, though maybe a warning message should be included, since there's pretty much nothing you could do to stop it.

Another seldom-used map (Clarion or Destiny, for instance) should accidentally ram Atlas the way Horizon did.

More of a rules thing than a coding thing, but anyone who chemsmokes messy things like chocolate and synthflesh should be valid for janitors (and janitors only) to hunt.

Give nukies a utlity option to get a plasma can so they can start tactical plasmafires and inevitably set themselves ablaze.

a traitor item that ties in with this (set of gloves?) to actually shoot a laser or bullet at the closest(?) person when you use that emote

Though you'll never see it written as a rule, I defend this as truth.
Not the nukies part, that's one of the dumbest ideas I have read all month, and you should feel shame.
Deep terrible shame.
Shameful Shame.
Take it out on the chocolate smoker.

Canned "booo" to go with the canned laughter.

A gun or something (probably a traitor item) which takes off the jumpsuit of anyone shot with it and replaces it with a very red yoga outfit and maybe also launches them backwards

Mindslaving an npc monkey should cause it to aggro on anyone who attacks/grabs you, just as if you were an npc monkey yourself.
