I've been rather busy lately, but definitely going to remember to fix the things that were brought up here when I do have time to get back and play again, will remember NOT to bring up the HoS application again because wow, that's like 3 downvotes in less than a week (Though I only brought it up once ;- I'll probably make another application again after I can say I've fixed these issues in my playstyle.
