remove syndicate items from tele science

keeping syndicate items hidden in telescience is a contradiction to the design philosophy of secret content, it being that it shouldn't be stuff that's objectively to more normal items,  as they would only serve as a tool for more experienced players to stomp on others.

Not to mention it turns areas that are supposed to be cool and fun lore areas into just a speedrunning race track for guns and other stuff.

The general consensus behind these items is that they're there as long as they don't get abused too hard. And the really powerful shit isn't even syndicate items, nor is it all in adventure zones, so this wouldn't stop people speedrunning zones for good shit. I haven't seen telesci being abused as much as I have in the past, so I don't think its necessary to remove these. Besides, some syndicate items actually have in-lore explanations for being there, or are given to you to help you deal with the critters in that zone, rather than just "haha have csaber lol".
