Minor Chem dispensers not working properly

Recently chem dispensers don't seem to list the buttons to add chems under certain conditions.

When adding a beaker to the chem dispenser when the chem dispenser window isn't open yet, everything seems to work properly. If the chem dispenser window is allready open adding an empty beaker (both by clicking the dispenser and clicking the beaker slot on the window) the buttons do not show up. If the beaker has some chems in it allready this does not seem to be the case. Closing the window and opening it again seems to always fix the issue.

Can confirm and it's a pain in the ass for Borg who already have weird issues for chem UI.
