The Dancing Plague of 1518 (T4) : Positive depending on the point of view - but how about this...everyone except Clowns and Mimes would be susceptible to this sympton.

Once somebody is infected they soon ramp up their dancing moves and tire themselves out more and more over time - flavor text appearing of course - a (T5) variant to dies sympton could change the final-stadium of dancing to a deadly finale.

A couple more suggestions:

Robust Neurons (T3)

At stage 3 or higher, Negates the penalties of having Brain Damage. (You'll still die if you reach braindeath though)

At stage 5, will very slowly heal brain damage (but not to the point where chemicals that inflict brain damage won't be able to kill someone)

Muscle Relaxant (T3 or T4)

Reduces damage taken by thrown items (and by being propelled at something) by an amount proportional to the pathogen's stage. (10/20/30/40/50)% Damage reduction.
