Major Oshan Failing Compilation?

I've seen this three times now: Oshan Laboratory wins the map-vote, begins compilation, and then... Nothing. The map (Cogmap 1, in all three instances) stays the same for the next round.  As a mere player, I cannot tell what is going on behind the scenes, so it's always possible this is not what it appears

Replication is obviously simple; an admin would do well to attempt to forcibly set Oshan as the next map.

I just witnessed this again. Notably, the current map was Manta, not Cogmap, so it's not related to that.

This problem with oshan should be fixed as of the next build, as for manta the issue must be something else because manta did not require the fix that oshan did.

No, Manta was fine. I meant that it was the map on the round that Oshan won the vote.
