Injure yourself when running with scissors

If you trip when you're holding a pair of scissors, there should be a chance for you to injure/impale yourself slightly due to holding them in an unsafe manner. Your parents always told you not to run with scissors! 

It could even be that you need to surgically remove them, similarly to a staple or a bullet.

Running with scissors should just give you a chance to trip, instantly destroying one of your eyes as it impales it.

You should get a message mocking you for running with them, so that people who don't know why they have scissors lodged in them don't think it was for no reason.

I agree with adding a message for running with scissors but also a chance to trip and hurt yourself causing bleeding and possible eye poking.
