Trivial Movement Bug

Had a round where I was tussling in space, then ducked onto the convyer on Cog1

Somehow, I got stuck moving to the left. Whether that was caused by space wind or the left movement of the belt, I'm not sure. Reconnecting and closing the client didn't solve it

i might have fixed this but its hard to test. i know the *problem* at least, so let me know if this pops up again and i'll do a more liberal fix
