Trivial PDA ability icon doesn't go away when your PDA is exploded

You end up with a phantom button to toggle the flashlight if your PDA is removed by exploding (and possibly other ways). It doesn't do anything and I haven't found a way to get rid of it.

Helmets and masks have this problem as well, as they can occasionally get melted off with acid. And if it's a Sec Helmet and you had the light on, the effect will never go away
