Trivial click delay stuff

couldnt find that master thread for things that should have a delay but dont:

stand/rest has no delay and makes a noise when you rest so you can spam the noise at a billion miles an hour

also walk/run has no delay but thats just annoying for the person doing it, has no effect on others

both of these are intentional - the sound spam can be addressed, but aside from that I dont see a benefit to delaying walk/run/stand/rest toggles

Feature - on Oshan you can toggle stand/rest rapidly and RP as a fish.

And take away an excuse to shock a detained prisoner while yelling "stop that"?
