attach handcuffs to can bomb, click drag a guy onto the canbomb to handcuff him to it, have to cut a wire to release the cuffs

handcuff yourself to it and drag it around, handcuff some idiot to it and doom him to explode, handcuff a monkey to it and release it into the halls

the possibilities are endless

since only one of your hands is cuffed to the bomb you should logically still have a hand free while cuffed to it

Flash someone, blindfold them, handcuff them to a canbomb. See a canbomb announcement but antag says its just at the Diner. You sit there, waiting what will happen, and then boom. Sounds great.
