Have a Different Join Message for the RP Server

I know that there's already the RP rules pop-up, but I think it'd be nice to change the standard join message too. Maybe just a link to the RP Rules on the wiki, and/or something about how it's a roleplay server and such?

A new MOTD and a way to say "yes, I've read the RP rules" would be good.

double idea: add a rules popup to the main servers with the same "ok, read them" that dismisses them until they're updated again
