Give syndicate pyro troopers incendiary microbombs

Firegibs them instead of normal gib, and shoots out a wave of rude fire (incendiary grenade level) in the same radius as a normal microbomb explosion.


Also possibly make these available for normal traitors in both macro and micro versions.
