Minor Magnesium Chloride + ammonia provides no output

After eating ice cream at the centcomm I discovered magnesium-ammonium-chloride exists, and managed to create magnesium chloride, which seems to suck up all the ammonia at any temperature without a single result. I was informed it's a bug but cursory searches showed it has no thread here, so, here it is.

A fairly obscure bug, but there's definitely one here. I'll poke at it later tonight.
