These already exist, but im not sure what exactly can be stuck on them. I think they're called noticeboards, and i know for a fact that at least paper can be stuck to them.

You can indeed stick papers and wanted posters onto noticeboards. Unfortunately, you currently can't stick photos or sticky notes onto them.
