Minor Silicons can set APC equipment power, but not lighting or environmental.

For some reason silicons(tested with cyborgs specifically but I believe it applies to AI as well) can set equipment power on APCs but if they try to change the lighting or environmental power they get this message:
AI control for this APC interface has been disabled. 

I've assumed it's an oversight but this has been a thing for a very long time now so I'm posting about it now to get some resolution.

This is also the case with ghostdrones, so it likely does affect all silicons.

I assume it would all still be linked to the single ai control wire?

Silicons can toggle the main breaker switch when they can't toggle lights right now, which is weird.
