I wouldn't mind a Jackie Chan inspired outfit that prevented you from entering crit due to brute damage, Toxin damage or burn damage, your health still lowering but you somehow not dying because of it. The downside is that getting stunned and having the outfit removed would probably kill you instantly.
Bonus Points if your fists do more damage relative to how much alcohol is in your system

This is real neat, and I really hate to be down on it, but I feel like there's already a plethora of 'makes you real good at fightin'' traitor items.
