That'd be pretty funny. Like you use the pill bottle on yourself.

To tack onto this, it would be nice if all pill bottles worked in a standard way. Sometimes clicking on them with another hand just retrieves the pill (much like cigaretted or cards), other times it opens a container view like a box.

Pill Bottles need some more variety, how about allowing pill stacking (Represented by another pill in the on hand sprite next to the first) and having anyone wearing gloves pull out a random amount of pills per attempt to pull one out. Clicking yourself with an open bottle will cause you to chug it and if you start choking you need to get a drink or be punched

I think they mean creating a new, "pill stack" item that is multiple pills.

You could dump several pills in the stack, and take them all at once

Alternatively clicking and dragging from the bottle to yourself with harm intent could let you eat the bottle's contents.

So for example you could find a random cabinet, eat ALL the pain killers, and then go on a rampage before whatever horrible after effects set in.
