Radio Channels for Borgs

With the recent changes made to AI, I think we should consider giving Cyborgs access to relevant radio channels according to their selected modules; e.g. Mediborgs have access to medical channel and Brobocops have access to security channels. 

I think this change would go a long way in encouraging the use of departmental radio channels and cooperation within departments.

This is a really good idea, medical/engineering comms get a lot of use and it would be nice to let relevant borgs hear what they need to hear.

Yes. Borgs are tools built to benefit man. It makes it easier to command them to do things if they have a special chat color

We should make a thread for possible oversights like this, pretty sure borgs woulda had em if this was realized sooner.
