A similar concept already works with the ruckingenur kit so I don't see why this can't happen, and would make building custom areas a whole lot better.

You should be able to remove power cells from guns by screwdrivering them, then clicking them with an empty hand while it's in another.
Not only would this make extracting cells from guns (namely artguns) easier, it would also make it harder to have reserve power cells that you can instantly switch to in combat.

It's not phrased as an objective, and it doesn't make sense. For people that
do follow the objectives this one usually results in people just saying over chat that floor cluwnes are real.
