Major Antag tokens not working

I've recently obtained an antag token, however, antag tokens dont seem to really work anymore. I spent it twice, and I didn't get an antag role either time, even though both times I was in jobs that allowed you to be antag and also had all antag options enabled. I got refunded both times, thankfully, but still.

I managed to get antag the third time I spent it, but even then I'm not sure if it was the token's doing or me just rolling antag normally. Can you guys look into this when you get the chance?

I actually had an incident a few months ago where I spent an antag token and it didn't work. I Ahelped about it to be informed that I had been chosen as a vampire during a non-mixed round and that the server was freaking out about this. I think that the antag token system DEFINITELY needs to be looked at and reworked. I did get refunded in a way for my antag token but still, it is kind of annoying to both the player and the admins to have to deal with this.
