Minor Space Fungus not spawning in maints

Whoever hired the new janitor for the ships/stations decided that space fungus isn't going to be in the maint walls anymore.

The same guy apparently works at the space diner too! He's got a real passion for walls and making sure they--and absolutely nothing else--are completely free from rust and oil and growths. (Wall generation is weird right now I guess?)
