One of my all time favorites right there. Also enjoy the cover version.

Linking Genesis just because of the damned LoC video.

Actually it's kinda hard to list the things that aren't obvious (meme music/bands); I just don't remember band names or lyrics. Uh, something easy for piano? Popcorn. Pretty dang ahead of it's time. Less easy? Foreplay/Long Time. Ye.

I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip To Be Square". A song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity and the importance of trends. It's also a personal statement about the band itself.

Also almost all of the music i listen to comes from this era so im overloaded with songs to share so i might as well start with two of my favorites.

I heard about half of this album for the first time at 3am while driving home from work playing on the community radio station

Apparently it was all put together by one person as a hobby between the late 70's and 80's and released to obscurity
