Minor PDA Notekeeper Line Editing Broken

When you make a break in the notekeeper (pressing enter), it will save the file as having multiple breaks in it. When you go to edit the file, it will replace all of the places where the breaks should be, with "<br>". When you save the file, the "<br>"s will still be there. It's pretty annoying, and makes the notekeeper app unbearable.

It warms my heart that anyone even uses the PDA notekeeper, so here's a fix.  The code that was there previously is really strange, so if I'm just missing the reason for it let me know.
