Trivial Removing own butt through self surgery produces a generic butt

This happened both times that I tried to surgically remove my own butt. Rather than receiving a flesh-colored "[Player Name]'s butt," the surgery resulted in a generic, white "blood-stained butt." Oddly, examining myself after this did not show "His ass is completely missing!" - after removing it I could still continue with the surgery as if my ass hadn't been removed, which (unfortunately) did not result in an extra ass. However, this did fix the examining issue.
